Security plan is a document listing the planned security services that have been identified in the risk assessment, or that have been requested by the service user as protective measures, in accordance with the law and rules of the profession.
Based on the previously developed Act on risk assessment in the protection of persons, property and business operations, in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law on Private Security, a security plan, or a plan for the management of identified risks, is developed.
Security plan, i.e. risk management plan, also contains a plan of the technical protection system, when the user is provided with the services of technical protection.
Planning of the technical protection system is based on the assessment of risks in the protection of persons, property and business operations, developed by a legal or natural person, holder of a relevant license in accordance with the Law on Private Security.
