SECUT meets all legally established conditions, holds the license issued by the Serbian Interior Ministry for the development of disaster risk assessments, and protection and rescue plans, has competent employees who are licensed to perform disaster risk assessments and develop protection and rescue plans, with years of relevant experience, comprising the assessment and document preparation team.
Disaster risk assessments and protection and rescue plans are developed in accordance with provisions of Art. 15 and Art. 17 of the Law on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018).
Disaster risk assessments and protection and rescue plans are carried out in the manner prescribed in the Regulation on the methodology of development and content of the disaster risk assessment and the protection and rescue plan (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 90/2019).
