• Risks and causes that can lead to accidents,
• Consequences that can occur due to the occurrence of danger,
• Determining the appropriate organization and implementation of prevention measures,
• Assessment of needs and possibilities in providing human and material potentials.

Disaster risk assessment is the most important strategic document in the field of disaster risk reduction and is of great importance for the identification, determination of levels and treatment of risks from natural and technical-technological hazards that may threaten our country.

Based on the Risk Assessment, an Emergency Protection and Rescue Plan is prepared.
